         <description><![CDATA[<div>The four most common symptoms include </div><ul><li><strong>Bloating</strong> - increased abdominal size/persistent bloating</li><li><strong>Eating</strong> - difficulty eating or feeling full quickly</li><li><strong>Pain</strong> - in pelvic or abdominal areas</li><li><strong>Urinary symptoms</strong> - urgency or frequency</li></ul><div> Just because you have the symptoms does not mean you have ovarian cancer, although if your symptoms are <strong>new, persistent and frequent</strong> then it is a good idea to go and see your doctor.</div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Tests and procedures used to diagnose ovarian cancer include:<br><br></div><ul><li><strong>Pelvic exam- </strong>During a pelvic exam, your doctor inserts gloved fingers into ones vagina presses a hand on the abdomen in order to feel the pelvic organs. This is not the most effective way but it is a way to diagnose a woman for ovarian cancer</li><li><strong>Imaging tests- </strong>Tests, such as ultrasound or CT scans of your abdomen and pelvis, may help determine the size, shape and structure of ones ovaries. (helping the specialists to see if there is anything abnormal)</li><li><strong>Blood tests- </strong>Blood tests might include organ function tests that can help determine your overall health as well as reveal wether one has ovarian cancer</li><li><strong>Surgery- </strong>Sometimes your doctor can't be certain of your diagnosis until you undergo surgery to remove an ovary and have it tested for signs of cancer.</li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><strong>Quit smoking-</strong> women who don't tend to smoke and drink a lot tend have less of a chance of getting ovarian cancer</li><li><strong>Exercise-</strong> there is evidence linking obesity to ovarian cancer so doctors that exercising daily is a good lifestyle change to make</li><li><strong>Going on birth control- </strong>this helps prevent ovarian cancer because it is decreasing the number of ovarian ovulations that occur</li><li><strong>Breastfeeding and Pregnancy</strong>- Giving birth to one or more children, particularly delivering the first before age 25, and breastfeeding, may decrease a woman's risk of developing ovarian cancer.<br><br></li></ul>]]></description>
