Besides getting used to the local jargon, I would have to get used to the cultural diversity. 
New York City is a cosmopolitan city filled with people from places all around the world. 
Instead, Mendoza, is a place kind of isolated from the rest of the world. Of course, there are some tourists around, but the cultural impact is not as big as it is in New York.

I prepare my own food everyday and, when I buy it, I’m really fussy about it. But, based on what I have heard about New York, there are several types of food available.
However, I believe that people in the U.S. tend to eat unhealthy food. Of course, there are people who really care about their health and try to eat healthy.
But, the problem is not food itself, but the fact that, sometimes, you can not opt for a healthy meal. 😕

Here in Mendoza, I am used to moving around the city in my bike. this is because all places I go to are in a radius of 15km.
But, NYC is a lot bigger than Mendoza, and places are further away from each other. 
However, NYC has a much more efficient public transportation. Therefore, distances wouldn’t be a problem. And, based on what I have read on the NYU Students’ posts, they have a lot of time before classes and sometimes they can afford to walk to the university, which is great!

This is because, in college, the system doesn’t adapt to the student, the student has to adapt to the system. For example: 
- Sometimes you might have minutes in between classes and sometimes you might have hours in between. 
- In addition, lectures are delivered to dozens of students and they aren’t personalized at all. 
Furthermore, in the U.S., usually, students move out of their parents' house. Los argentinos son personas que no temen protestar cuando es necesario. Son valientes y serios sobre las cosas que les importan.
