she was in the age between 13-17 when she she started to be rebellious such as; getting into fights with her parents,use of drugs in just grade school. she was placed in probation and ended up violating her probation and was charged with disorderly misconduct.
she's about to turn 18 and has one year left to be out of the juvenile system. shes been locked up in so many occasions and has had drug test and has been hospitalized

in her psychological report it states that there aren't any programs to meet her needs.

- send her to adult court with recommendation for sentencing (1 to 3 years) with drug testing and counseling
-keep her in juvenile court and send her to jail until she's 18 with drug counseling and be released at 18.
