         <description><![CDATA[<div>I found that it's helpful to "Mute Participants Upon Entry".<br><br>If students want to ask a question, get them to press <strong>Participants &gt; Raise Hand</strong>. It will give you an alert and when <strong>you </strong>are ready you can Unmute them yourself and let them ask their question.<br><br>If you want an even greater level of control, go to <strong>Manage Participants &gt; More &gt; </strong>then <em>untick </em><strong>Allow Participants to unmute themselves</strong>!!</div>]]></description>
