Burning of fossil fuels
The burning of fossil fuels increases the emission of harmful substances to the atmosphere, such as carbondioxide , that is known to increase the greenhouse effect.

Overpopulation
Due to the ever growing population the production of energi and food has to meet the demand.

Greenhouse gasses
Greenhouse gasses are responsible for keeping the earth warm, an increase of these gasses results in less of heatwaves going out in to space, but rather stayes in the atmosphere and warming up the earth more.

Aerosoles on the athmosphere
small particles in the atmosphere increases the greenhouse effect.

- Glaciers will shrink and water levels will rise. This is not such a big problem for us here in the mountain country, but a rise with just 2 meter can cause devestating consequenses for countries such as the Netherlands and Denmark which is below the ocean level already.
-Drought and heat waves will be stronge and more frequent
- The biological diversity is dissepearing because of global warming, and deforestation made by us humans.

Livestock and their byproducts are actually responsible for 51% of the worldwide greenhouse gas emission. One of the main components in the byproducts og livestock is methane gas which is 25-100 times more destructive than CO2. Cows around the world produce 150 billion gallons of this gass in jut one day! Emcreased investments in agriculture also results in in a major overuse of water resources. Animal agriculture, alone uses around 34-76 trillion gallons of water annually, and is responsible for 80-90% of the US water consumption. Crops consumes 56% of the water in the US. The habitable areas that they can live in is destroyed by humans, or human made global warming. The evolution depend on biological diversity. If one species cannot adapt to a sudden change in their food chain another one can take their place. There are many examples of species surviving because of their biological diversity. We humans are dependent on other animals and plants ourselves, so we should take care of every species not only because it is the right thing to do, but because we would be saving ourselves in the process.

Many say that it is global warming that is affecting the sea levels, but the sea level has been rising steadily for the past thousand years.
