Therefore, when the opportunity became available in In July 2018, I signed up for a PD called 'Writing Assessment for Essentials Math'. I was shown how to use grade descriptors to write an assessment, and how to distribute A, B and C-grade questions. - CMS Workshop 2 because it was pointed out that I need to develop my grouping strategies
- Clifton Strengths (5 hours) because the whole school is completing this to learn how to use our individual strengths to work better as a unit
- Writing Assessment for Essentials Math because I was aware that I needed to develop my assessment writing skills

To keep me accountable to my professional development, I have been asking different teachers to observe my lessons throughout the term, and will continue to do so.
