         <description><![CDATA[<p>The Pilgrims were a group of religious people that broke away from England.They sailed on the Mayflower and landed on Plymouth rock in 1620. They had the first thanksgiving with the native Americans and learned many skills from them.  They came to be free from the king of England. They came to practice their religion. In England the king would put them in jail if they did not change their religion.The impact that the Pilgrims had was that they brought many Things  from England</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Did you know that the pilgrims actually meant to go to Virginia? They also sailed on the Mayflower and other ships were they got skurvey. The pilgrims moved out from their home town England because they didn't like the religion. The pilgrims had a very harsh winter so  the made warmer clothes from animal hides. Samoset a Native american helped the pilgrims survive and show to how to plant food. Also the native americans showed the pilgrims how to hunt animals to eat. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>The king forced his people to go to his church and follow his religion. The Pilgrams didn't agree with this, so they didn't go to the king's church. The king got very mad, this caused the pilgrams to flee from the country. The Pilgrams landed in the United States. They had a feast with the Native Americans that they met. The Pilgrams were able to create their own religion and  village. During the winter, many Pilgrams died of deseases.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>The pilgrims came from England tho the "new world" in search of religious freedom.  They wanted to be able to practice their religion freely because in England the king forbid them. The pilgrims were religious English people who people were trying to get to Virginia but landed in Plymouth rock. They ended up bringing diseases there, starting war with the natives, and changing the development of the western world forever.</p>]]></description>
