Many enjoyed bringing their children to the park due to the lifesized board games features in the park,like snakes and ladder playground and ludo garden which is developed based on the traditional indoor children board games enjoyed by the earlier generation. Overtime these special features of Jurong west allows the people to connect back to the history of it and allow them to have a sense of familiarity thus making it special to these small group of people that we interviewed.
