Glow - I make sure that all of my lessons have real world purpose. My Sixth Graders do not get engaged with the lesson unless there is a meaningful purpose.

Grow - I need to figure out how to differentiate for every student more. The focus of an innovation classroom is on each student as an individual and how they learn.
