A quantitative approach is appropriate because it allows for the objective measurement of stress levels and statistical analysis of how specific job-related factors influence teaching efficiency across a structured sample.

• ​Participants: The participants will consist of approximately 8/12 school teachers selected from targeted primary and secondary schools.

• ​Setting: The study will be conducted across selected urban and suburban school campuses.

• ​Data Collection Instrument: Data will be collected through a structured, close-ended questionnaire. The questionnaire will consist of two primary sections: one utilizing a standardized scale to measure job-related stress factors such as workload and classroom environment and the other measuring perceived teaching efficiency and productivity.
