         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Research Title:</strong></p><p>​ Job-Related Stress and Its Impact on Teaching Efficiency Among School Teachers</p><p>​<strong>Research Questions:</strong></p><ol><li><p>​What are the major causes of job-related stress among school teachers?</p></li><li><p>​What is the level of job-related stress experienced by school teachers?</p></li></ol><p>​<strong>Research Methodology:</strong></p><ul><li><p>​<strong>Research Design:</strong> This study will adopt a quantitative cross-sectional survey research<strong> </strong>design. A quantitative approach is appropriate because it allows for the objective measurement of stress levels and statistical analysis of how specific job-related factors influence teaching efficiency across a structured sample.</p></li><li><p>​<strong>Participants:</strong> The participants will consist of approximately<strong> </strong>8/12 school teachers selected from targeted primary and secondary schools.</p></li><li><p>​<strong>Setting:</strong> The study will be conducted across selected urban and suburban school campuses.</p></li><li><p>​<strong>Data Collection Instrument:</strong> Data will be collected through a structured, close-ended questionnaire. The questionnaire will consist of two primary sections: one utilizing a standardized scale to measure job-related stress factors such as workload and classroom environment and the other measuring perceived teaching efficiency and productivity. The survey will be administered both in person and online via digital forms after obtaining informed consent.</p></li><li><p>​<strong>Data Analysis:</strong> The collected quantitative data will be analyzed using statistical software. Descriptive statistics will be computed to identify the major causes and overall levels of stress among the teachers.</p></li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Title:</strong></p><p>Benign Manipulation in Education: Positive Pedagogical Influence in Bangladeshi Private Universities</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Research Questions:</strong></p><ol><li><p>What positive persuasive techniques are employed&nbsp;by the teachers in Bangladeshi private universities?&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>How do such techniques influence students’ motivation, attention, and learning?</p><p><br/></p></li></ol><p><strong>Research Design: </strong></p><p>This research aims to investigate the facilitation of positive persuasive techniques in Bangladeshi private universities using a phenomenological research design.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Participant</strong>: </p><p>Data will be collected from 10 teachers and 30 students from different private universities in Bangladesh.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Setting</strong>:</p><p>The research setting includes different private universities in Bangladesh, specially East West University.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Data Instrument</strong>:</p><p>Primary data will be collected via semistructured interviews and online questionnaires, while secondary data will be taken from relevant literature.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Data Collection and Analysis:</strong> </p><p>Semistructured individual interviews will be conducted with the teachers while Google Form questionnaire will be used for the students. Interviews will be recorded or noted with teachers' permission. The findings will be analysed to find out the major persuasive techniques teachers use and the influence of such persuasion on students' motivation, attention and learning.</p><p><br></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>]]></description>
