         <description><![CDATA[<div> getting enough sleep is when you sleep long enough allowing you to be refreshed and energized for most people 9 hours is a good amount. getting enough sleep helps you grow and repair your body which is very important for all living things. things that can interfere with sleep are caffeine, and stress. we recommend not consuming caffeine for at least 6 hours before you go to bed. not getting enough sleep for long periods of time can cause permanent brain damage and a increased risk for depression.</div>]]></description>
