I have created a template for my CD. I haven't been able to take a good picture for the background, so I used an image from the internet. I happen to have crystals at home, so I'll try taking a picture of that similar to this background to fit the cd. The black and white follows the consistency throughout the digipak, and the simplicity follows all conventions of CDs in general. My main concern is that there may be too many diamonds appearing on every page, so I'll decide what to do with it and alter it later if necessary. The diamond isn't exactly on the centre so it lacks professionalism so I'll alter that too. I thought about adding copyright details on the edge of the CD, but I had trouble curving the text to fit the outline of the CD. So if I manage to learn how to do so, I'll add that later too.

This is the inside cover which will be behind the front cover. I took the picture to make it look like it's the image of me taken from behind but like the same back as the front cover. My hair is down and my shoulders are visible. I decided to do so because it gives a very naturalistic look. This follows the indie convention of being relaxed and naturalistic. The shoulders being shown isn't for it to be provocative in any way. The blurry-ness distracts this idea as well so people will look at it more natural. The contrast of me looking directly towards the audience in the front cover and me looking behind inside makes the audience more aware of the difference and is easily noticeable. Once again the diamond is consistent as well as the glass distortion and black and white.

This is how the page looks like with the lyrics on it. The white text can be easily read, and the colour contrast work well. Because the attention goes more to the text, the image isn't so obvious so people will be more interested to know what the image is about. Therefore people will be more eager to know who the band is, if they don't already know the band.
