The visit was made to a supervisory work in the municipality of Samacá-Boyacá, where the domestic wastewater treatment plant for the urban area of ​​the municipality is currently being built, phase 1. This construction is carried out because it was producing a strong environmental impact since they were registering discharges of wastewater, generated in the urban perimeter of the municipality of Samacá, whose discharges are made by the municipal sewage system to the San José river and the black fence, without proper treatment.
The project had been in operation for 15 days so there were few processes that were audited, however it was determined that the work of the PTAR audit in Samacá is a 100% social project, which means that it is only for the community since they were the main gestants towards the construction of the project.
So far the project developers have made a socialization with the community, they hope to make another disclosure with the nearby community, taking them to know the construction that takes so far; it has also been determined that the project is a public bidding work. According to the project, the plant would control odors by 90% since it will have an anaerobic system and it is estimated that its useful life will be 60 to 80 years depending on the type of care that is taken in the PTAR.

The following statement is made of the degree to which the audit criteria have been met according to the results obtained.

Compliance is presented in most of the audit criteria, however deficiencies were observed in the following areas.
Faced with the regulatory requirements established in the project, they were presented during the execution because for the due contracting they had to make a series of compliance in the social and environmental part as required by the governmental organizations.
In the detailed evaluation it was possible to visualize each procedure so far advanced in the project, however several inconsistencies were found in some procedures.

Several disagreements were observed during the visit, starting with the provision and protection elements that the workers must wear, besides not having a garbage container for the waste generated from the construction (cardboard, bags, cement packaging, among others). ) as the workers.
