"If pit-bull terriers are neutered, they will be calmer and less apt to attack. Neutering will, of course, phase out this breed, which would not be a bad idea." This is a good reason why people shouldn't be able to sell pitbulls on the street. If people continue to sell and breed pitbulls unprofessionally then the deadly pitbull attacks will continue. The breeders don't care about what happens after they get the money they ask for. These breeders will give you a highly aggressive pit and expect you to figure it out, then you end up dead because you tried to move the pits food. I'm not saying it's the pits fault i'm saying that pits should be in a vet from the day they are born so they know not to lash out and kill people.

¨U.S. fatal pit bull attacks have surpassed 340 since 1998¨ This is obviously a problem if 340 people have died since 1998, this is why I think it would be a great idea to ban pitbull breeding and selling outside of a veterinary. I honestly think stopping people from selling and breeding them on the street would decrease the amount of people that die a year, but when they aren't properly trained then they lash out. Also if they are born in a vet some criminal can't come in and buy a pit then abuse it and then get rid of it and then end up with a baby dead.

¨A boy was killed and a girl was injured early Tuesday in a pit bull attack on their way to school, Atlanta police said.¨ This is what happens when a you buy a pit and nothing bad happens till it decides that it doesn't like the way that kid is walking. This wouldn't have happened if the dog was born in a vet, the dog would have been trained to be friendly and gentle not have mood swings like a teenager. I was attacked when I was 5 years old by a pitbull and 3 pitbull mixes, I was afraid of dogs in general for many years then I slowly became less afraid of them.
