Great presentation.

Crux for me is that kids are moving towards being “self-motivated” about their own standard of work. How we are getting them to their best when no one is looking. :-)

It was a great learning experience, about the process and not just the outcome. The self monitor, self asseser and self adjustment is a great way of learning. It has helped me also to improvise the efficiency of my organization.

Eye opener to know what my child is doing in school . My child does not come home and give me his daily routine info . I am happy I got to know his ways of learning ans improving his skills .

Understand the rubric in its full form, breaking down the essence of learning and assessment gives me confidence to know my child is not going to 1. Fear assessment 2. Be in control of his learning 3. Be on the road to continuous improvement 4. Make him ready for the world of tomorrow where understanding yourself, working on yourself and making self assessments to self assurance is a steep learning curve which the children are fortunate to be starting on at such a young age.

Thank you for conducting this session every year. It is always a great learning experience for parents. I really liked how the teachers guide the kids in doing self-assessments and help them understand their strengths. Each year, we learn something new, and it is wonderful to see how the school supports and encourages our kids to grow. Thank you!
