         <description><![CDATA[<div>Dessinez en haut d’une feuille de brouillon un cercle avec un point au centre.<br>Posez la plume, lisez tranquillement le sujet, coudes sur la table.<br>Mettez les paumes sur les yeux.<br>Prenez trois lentes et profondes inspirations<br>Ouvrez les yeux sur le point, regardez-le en comptant mentalement de 1 à 30<br>Fermez les yeux, regardez derrière le front, l’image rémanente du point et du cercle<br>Redites-vous le sujet, et après un bref instant, prenez la plume et commencez à écrire<br>Si pendant l’examen, vous surprenez en vous la dispersion ou la confusion, reprenez l’exercice ;<br>votre mental se recentrera aisément sur le sujet et vos idées seront plus claires.<br><br></div>]]></description>
