The explanation of the role under each heading is the same. For MTSS facilitators it says "The role of the principal and School Leadership Team is ..." I think it should include an explanation of the MTSS-F role. The same statement is repeated for each role.

Difference between Tiers 2 and 3

I think that some of the issues pertaining to Tier 2 & 3 is that there are no examples of what "intensive" is. Intensive measures are deployed for Tier 3 interventions, but what are some examples that would be "intensive" so that they aren't done in Tier II?

Define (or at least suggest) who should be on this "team" as, at some schools, the "team" is just the MTSS-F.
