  • Pit Stains
    • Use lemons instead of deodorant
    • Use pads if you don't have deodorant or lemons. Peel off the back of the pad, and put it on the inside of your shirt. (If you put on the shirt, the pads would be underneath your armpit.)
  • Period
    • Use a water bottle full of hot water and put it on your stomach/"that" place. This helps with cramps.
    • Keep an emergency bag at school filled with a backup pair of panties, pads, and panty liners.

      • Study your notes within 1 day of taking them. Retention rates are 60% higher, then.
