<title>Great work! For your benefit, go and ask the clinic what their standard operating procedure is on discussing patient progress with clients. You may ask the clinic supervisor what is expected of you if a client phones and the vet is not available. remember you must stay within your scope of practice and be prepared to explain to a client what you can and cannot do for them in these situations.
