2. Considering there had been a Syringe (which could have possibly been filled with insulin), Anna most likely panicked and took too much and might have thought that drinking the orange juice (which contains sugar) would help out her situation. Also, as she was panicking she must have tried calling somebody for help and as she was doing that she had passed out and hit her head on the table (which was tipped over) and died from a concussion. 

3. I believe that Anna had committed suicide. The fingerprints on the juice were never specified to a certain DNA, therefore they could be Anna's before she had passed. Though the footprint isn't near Anna's left foot, doesn't mean she couldn't have fell in a certain direction and position.
