In it, his Ordinary World is when there is peace, which for him, was 100 years ago, with the air nomads. His call to adventure was learning how the Fire Nation had waged war on the world, and was close to victory. He accepts the call, and starts his journey across the world to learn his needed skills. His mentors become Katara and Sokka, especially Katara, who teaches him waterbending, and how the world works now. He faces many tests, like when he has to hike through a canyon and solve a multi-generational ethnic conflict, save the Northern Water Tribe, and run from Zuko, Zhao, and others. He also makes allies with people across the world, but especially with Toph, a later addition. He also makes enemies of the Fire Nation very quickly. The Ordeal would be the Book 2: Earth Finale, where he battles Azula, Zuko, and an army of Ba Sing Se's Dai Li agents, and almost died, but is able to survive due to Katara's healing water. However, following the disaster, he gains hope that he can still save the world. Then, the Supreme Ordeal is the Book 3: Fire Finale, when he faces the Fire Lord, and succeeds in defeating him without killing him. Then, he returns to a new life of peace, but is also ready to help guide the world through its new era of peace as well.
