         <description><![CDATA[<div>You don't necessarily communicate it with words you communicate it through Lindsay's practices they are different than traditional systems.&nbsp;<br>We communicate this through our LMS Empower, how you progress through your learning.&nbsp;<br>We communicate this often through our scoring grading and learning opportunities.<br>Through videos and multiple opportunities in preschool.<br>It is communicated to LF's, parents, learners as they start in Lindsay.&nbsp;<br>Another way of communication is the LF Handbook which outlines how we communicate our vision to others.<br>Our learners are impacted by outside influences in a way that makes previous paradigms not practical or effective.&nbsp;<br>Another way that this is communicated is through TEAM Empower Learners- Learner Voice.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>With in our group these were the people who influenced us to grow and improve.&nbsp;<br>A Person is Bea McGarvey because everything she does is learner centered.&nbsp;<br>Mr. Rooney (Lead Learner) always nudged/nurture in the right way, he has always grown us as LF's, administration and support staff. Molds and develops others to be the best that they can be.&nbsp;<br>A Person who has influenced Mr. Diggle, his father who was a hard worker who worked in a saw mill. He ensured that he was able to work all of his workers jobs. All people want to work hard and are good individuals.<br>Former Superintendent: You want the very best people to educate learners.<br>A hard person who influenced Ms. Benitez was her father he was extremely respectful of others.<br>Two groups of people who have shaped and influenced us is our learners. When we listen to their success, their struggles, their life stories they are our call to action. <br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>
