Kobe is talking about the highs and lows of the seasons and what it feels like to win and lose. Kobe loves to win and when he doesn't win he uses it as fuel to get better and that is why Kobe was so good because he never got down on himself, he just got back up and fought through it.

This quote from Kobe is meaningful. Kobe is talking about how important it is lose or struggle because when you struggle you learn and you get better. Also, you get mentally stronger and become a warrior. When you breakdown, you have to fight and become strong and breakdowns are necessary.

Kobe is talking about how he gave it everything he had in basketball and he can't go and play the sport he loves and put all this time into the game and then be scared to play it. He had nothing to lose, so he went all out and wasn't sacred of anything. Kobe played different, he left everything on the court and since he puts so much work off the court, he has a bunch of confidence to play and gives it everything he has.

"A big shot is just another shot" (Kobe Bryant 102).

Kobe is talking about that when their is a big shot on the line, it really isn't because if you put the wok in and practice, it isn't a big shot and it is just another shot you take. If you take 1000 shots a day, this shot is only 1 of 1000 so it is just another shot. Don't get down if you miss because you will have another opportunity.
