I think in particular of the people I see weekly on Zoom at Parsha Plug, Panim el Panim, and Briyut HaNefesh. She works in a hospital in Wisconsin and she had the option to take medical leave (because she’s in a higher risk age group) but, instead she goes into work every day -intubating COVID patients - so that other medical professionals with small children have time to be home with their families.
