Definition: the temporal lobe allows the body to be able to hear. I use the temporal lobe everyday by listening to music and playing my playlists on Spotify. My music helps me focus and allows me to do better. The music also helps me calm down about everything and focus. For example I listen to music before every game and that helps me lock in before the games and get me ready. I am attached to music because it always helps me cope with stress and other things and I feel like music is always the answer to those problems. but all and all I find myself constantly seeking out new songs and artists to add to my playlists and enjoy sharing music with others. Whether I am listening to my favorite songs, attending live concerts, or creating my own music, it is a fundamental part of my identity and brings me joy and comfort in both good times and bad.
