to enable internal referral paths in a time where direct applications are getting increasingly difficult

Feeling drained during the networking process (especially when it is pre-established that it's going to be 'Networking')

Most if not all connections made have always been too short term, so the long-term reward is too minimal to keep things going

Difficulty bringing up my needs on the networking/coffee chat agenda

Through networking and continuous learning, I would build connections that open doors to new opportunities, and I would feel more confident about the direction of my professional journey.

Cultivate confidence and a ❗️personalised way of speaking that I know I can own up to ❗️ every time networking is needed / appropriate to take place (bc I think we all must feel like the best versions of ourselves if we want to achieve anything great in any field, if networking were to have its own rules I'd like to know that I'm the best at it)
