With the firm, which he established in 2017, Aaron Eichler offers business consulting services to companies across the state. In advising these organizations, he draws on his expertise to help executives and managers develop their skills while moving toward their business goals. Mr. Eichler aims to maximize a firm’s overall growth while increasing and maintaining operational efficiency. He also focuses on business strategy and financial performance, among other areas. A graduate of Macalester College, Aaron Eichler earned a bachelor of arts in economics in 1998. He subsequently enrolled in the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management, where he earned a master of business administration. With the MBA, he had a dual concentration in strategy and entrepreneurial management. Since graduating, he has become a member of both colleges’ alumni groups. Away from work, Mr. Eichler enjoys fishing and camping.
