         <description><![CDATA[<div>Discussion topic: Hiring children workers is a serious and illegal aspect. Do you think that the producers from developing countries should control this issue or also it is part of the companies ethical approach?&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Description: Although Unilever has been doing ethical projects, there still have some negative ethical evidence in the company. The producer-Wilmar employees’ underage children to do backbreaking physical labour on refineries in Indonesia. Hiring children workers has become a serious and illegal aspect; however, some consumer goods firms still hiring minors, which will reduce the corporate social responsibility and reputation. This unethical aspect not only related to brand effectiveness but also the unethical behaviour has affected the underage employee's health issue. Unilever CEO Paul Polman has been set up the department to control the underage employee issue, but the mentioned that his needs to be mainly controlled by the producers from developing countries not only from the company he said.<br><br></div>]]></description>
