With waves that say no power to collect taxes, enforce laws, raise an army, and enforce treaties and no national court system.<br>I: Because I see those words on the wave coming towards the boat I think these are things the Article of Confederation  can't do.<br>C: Article of Confederation have no power to collect taxes, enforce laws, raise an army, and enforce treaties and no national court system. The people didn't have to worry about the Article of Confederation doing this to them.</div>]]></description>
