Before the whole Boycott began, Rosa Parks got arrested and got a fine for not giving up her seat. She was sitting in her correct section but someone asked her to get up from her seat and she refused. This was important to the Civil rights movement because it lead to a protest that could change the laws to give equal rights to people.

It was about how one day he wanted all men to get along with each other and to one day hopefully have this world not judge by skin color but to see the character they have become/became.

The thing that caused this event was when civil rights activists were attacked by the Alabama police. The voting rights act protected against race discrimination in voting. This event is important because it helped the African Americans get around the barriers which prevented them from using the 15th Amendment which was to let African American men to vote.
