I love the the front entry! I think some of the art could be ameliorated. Instead of having basic art could we get some black art that feels true to the community? Maybe seeing if you can call on the community to have an art contest to have some art that feels more attuned with the community.

Just to right of main entrance, The downspout from roof for rainfall sort of goes to a corner without a slope towards a common rain garden / bio Renton area. During heavy rainfall this corner of mulch could swell up and flood entrance

Great example of curb cutout with plants that slows traffic near crosswalk. Where needed, the on street parking spots and/or road itself could be made using permeable pavers or pavement to allow for filtration of stormwater into soil and reduce burden on other stormwater infrastructure. Green infrastructure systems can be designed to integrate sub surface permeable pavement with nearby rain gardens, structured soil tree pits. May have slightly increased maintenance costs but also reduces potential nuisance flooding in parking spot that can affect access to cars

Beautiful units, nice floor materials, layout, generous storage closet space. Please make sure one of two showers has a walk in shower for elderly that may find it difficult to get into a tub.

Stormwater inlet doesn’t seem to be at a low point to collect stormwater - drainage plan may show it differently, but ideally bio retention and rain gardens are designed to hold and treat stormwater before filtering into soil or French drain system and to limit stress on grey stormwater infrastructure. If not already, should adopt Florida Friendly Landscaping practices established by UF IFAS extension office / FDEP
