Classical Conditioning is a form of learning in which reflex responses are associated with new stimuli. An example is if a computer was reset, making a sound, and a mint was offered to someone each time. The unconditioned response would be no reaction, but the conditioned response would be a desire for a mint. The neutral stimulus would be the sound of the computer being reset.
