He arrives at the tournament and then remembers that he is terrible at golf which would show to be very embarrass if he lost the tournament. During his few hours of practicing before the tournament, one of his old friends who is now a secret agent warns him and tells him that someone is planning on cheating to steal the prize. The next day the tournament starts and his grandfather is determined that they are going to win. Unfortunately Geronimo gets very unlucky with his shots. Hole after hole Geronimo gets the unluckiest scenario from each course, from bee hives all the way to mud swamps, it seems like it could not get any worse for Geronimo. During one hole, Geronimo noticed that Molly was messing around with something in her pocket so he accused her of cheating. When security asked her to show what was in her pocket she refused. After being forced to, she pulled out a remote that controlled Geronimo's ball. She then pulled off her mask that was disguising herself as Molly. It was The Shadow, the biggest thief on Mouse Island! She was caught and arrested so Geronimo won the tournament. Before the Tournament, competitors were allowed to visit and look at the diamond prize that the winner got. When Geronimo and his Grandfather went to see the prize he noticed Molly and another mouse whispering about something in a corner.
