Volunteer to be a "teacher" for in-class activity

We're looking for 10 students to volunteer to be "teachers" for an activity in next week's class. You'll have 5 minutes to teach something to a fellow student.

The 5 minutes should include your teaching and hands-on practice for your "student." The activity should be fairly small in scope, and can be safely carried out in the classroom. Possible examples are: teach someone to knit a stitch (not a sweater), teach someone to sift flour (not bake a cake), teaching someone to use a shortcut in Excel (not all the functions in Excel).
