         <description><![CDATA[<div>"Our <strong>constitution</strong> does not copy the laws of neighbouring states", means that their constitution are original. They are using their own ideas.<br><br>"Its administration <strong>favours the many</strong> instead of the few" - this means that they are using democracy.<br><br>"The <strong>freedom</strong> which we enjoy in our government extends also to our ordinary life" - this says that some have freedom. But in reality it was only for the men are free, and the women and slaves are not free to say their opinions.<br>&nbsp;<br>"There, far from exercising a jealous surveillance over each other, we do not feel called upon to be angry with our neighbours" - they are peaceful and they do not hate each other.<br><br>"We cultivate refinement without extravagance and knowledge without effeminacy" - they are very educated. </div>]]></description>
