I think your research is very valuable I would like to know the findings of the research. To conduct the interviews successfully I think you should start from basic questions, getting to know the teachers' PD topics, what they found useful or new duirng PDs. and they ask about their feelings about PD, about the atmosphere, the topics, whether they were useful or not. and what kind of topics would they like explore in PDs. - Askatai

Thank you Muyassar for your presentation. I think it is quite approachable to explore the teachers in 4 schools as it will reveal various views and experiences from different schools. The topic is very actual that will be interesting for the majority of educators and educational spheres.

you should try to rehearse the interviews before conducting them. Because often the interviews don't go the way you plan them. So practicing on your teacher- friends/collegues would help a lot! - Askatai

I think you are doing really good job. The only thing to suggest - try to avoid yes\no questions and work on follow up questions/probe questions.

you can also ask them which knowledge gaps they have/ needs they have, maybe it is behavior management, or planning effective engaging lessons, etc. And how do they think PDs could help to contribute to learn more.
