         <description><![CDATA[<div>As it relates to cigarettes, alcohol and marijuana, perception of harm while use amongst students and young adults are not that high. First time use is also not perceived as being exceptionally harmful.&nbsp;<br>Smoking frequently is perceived by the vulnerable population as more harmful.&nbsp;<br><br>&nbsp;In terms of substances that students felt were not harmful, the highest overall was smoking (marijuana) frequently at 73.4%, followed by smoking (cigarettes) frequently at 70.2%. Average numbers for getting drunk was 60.6% and second hand marijuana smoke 64.9%.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>
