Essential Oil Usage: Using too many oils can overwhelm the body. Only 4-5 drops per oil for adults, 1-2 drops for youth (less for babies)

Note: You can't really have an allergic reaction to a doTERRA oil because there aren't any proteins, However, individuals can have an adverse reaction if they have a particular toxic load in their system

The reaction they're having is actually a detoxifcation but it can present similarly to an allergic reaction

People cannot have an allergic reaction with essencial oils because there is no protein in the oils. However, thre can be a chemical reaction to the essencial oils. The reason for the chemical reaction is because they are going through a detoxification process. Dr. Hill says they have to immediately stop taking the oils. They have to start taking the terra enzymes and if its Candida the probitics and stop esting wheat, gluten and eggs. If heavy metals cilantro essencial oils taken internally.

If this happens, they should cease using the oils topically immediately or they can develop a resistance. The best strategy is to use the Lifelong Vitality Pack, Terrazyme enzymes, and go off of wheat, gluten, sugar, dairy and eggs. Doing this for minimum one week may be enough to reset their body and they can begin using oils topically

These are the only oils that are applied together. Apply coconut oil first and then essential oil - wild Orange (1-2 drops) and then Peppermint (1-2 drops; Some people are cold natured and one drop is sufficient!)

Why fractionated coconut oil? The fats have been taken out and therefore fractionated coconut has smaller molecules. As a carrier oil it is especially effective in supporting absorption of the essential oils
