         <title>Often times, I find myself, coming up with the answer to the questions and coming up with a solution to the problem while the person is finishing their thought.  I am going to make myself ask at least one, if not multiple questions to make sure I truly understand what the concern is.  I want to make sure we are finding the correct solution, not just answering the initial question or concern, for it might not truly be the issue..</title>
