One article explains that consumers are not happy about the use of single use cups that Starbucks and other companies have as it is bad for the environment, which is not great for it's outlook. However, as international women's day was on March 8th, Starbucks has partnered with the Malala fund to help girls around the world, which is great for their outward appearance. There is a current story about Apple loyalty lowering as google's Android rises, so at this moment I would hesitate on buying stocks as there may not be a high in sight and right now prices are high and the slow evolution of Macbooks are also angering consumers and making them turn to new less expensive products. Apple is not going anywhere soon, but the negative stories are likely making people halt their purchases.

Currently, the big news around Mattel is that it's stocks have been plunging due to the recent closings of several Toys R Us stores around the country. So far the company has lost about 6% of its stocks. As of March second, McDonald's had headed down a path to one of their worst weeks in years, with shares dropping up to 4.1%. I think that now is a good time to invest in facebook if you havent already. The share had just increased by 1.58%. Facebook has been relatively steadily increasing since 2013. Some people think that after investing, it would be wise to sell the share in 2019, because it is estimated to go down by then.

In an article I read, it says  Coca-Cola "dips a toe into the alcohol market" which is interesting. Of course, this isn't happening here in the U.S, yet, it's actually happening in Japan. Some people say that it's a step in the right direction, but I'm not sure. According to the article, it's a fizzy alcoholic drink. I feel that it would be interesting to see how it turns out in Japan. If it does succeed, it might not here. So far Coca-Cola has been doing alright.
