In the lesson plan I developed for EDFD 548, I used a "Shark tank" activity to encourage critical thinking, creativity and how to work as a group to achieve a common goal. I was given the following feedback for this Teaching activity.

4.3 Manage Challenging Behaviour

I focused greatly on this topic for the assignment "Critical analysis of a challenging behaviour" in subject EDFD 604 where I assessed Bullying as a challenging behaviour. This behaviour was assessed in the perspectives of Canter and Canter, Marshall and Brendtro, Brokenleg and Van Bokern. In the second assignment for EDFD 548, I critically analysed the challenging behaviour of a student sleeping during lessons. I believe this topic is something I have studied extensively during this semester, as it is something that I am worried about, when I go on practicals.

This criteria was assessed in the Lesson Plan assignment for EDFD 548. In all lessons, learning intentions, success criteria and a plan for today is introduced to students at the start of the lesson. Students with learning disabilities like ADHD who were easily distracted were accommodated by seating them with study buddies, while the student with Asperges was seated close to the teacher.
