Achiever- Being an achiever will assist with the current innovation project by being able to take charge and keep the team productive. 

Empathy- Empathy allows me to connect with other team members during the innovation project and build trustworthy relationships. 

Strategic- By being strategic this will benefit the project by being able to solve issues quickly, being proactive, and being able to spot and identify issues within the project. 

Individualization- The current innovation project requires a lot of unique ideas, creativity, and ways the team can be productive together. Having individualization as one of my strengths will allow me to contribute new ideas and creativity. 

Futuristic- Having this as one of my strengths will benefit the project by having a vision in mind of what the end product will look like. One of the features that I am drawn too is the ability of the device to create personalized macro suggestions based on the initial morning measurements. I like how the measurements are easily accessible through the Lumen application on smart phones. Lumen has the ability to measure your bodies metabolism and whether it is burning more fats or carbohydrates. This device can be beneficial for individuals who are dieting, creating personalized nutrition plans, or simply trying to lose weight. The device can also be beneficial for athletes who follow a certain routine. The device is unique in that it is not “one size” fits all. The device allows for personalization based on your own metabolic needs. This will be beneficial to the team because she will be able to work well with others and go with the flow. 

Carter/ Communication- Every team requires a strong communicator. Carter was chosen because he can be the team member that is in charge of presenting the innovation project. 

Ivan/ Intellection- Ivan will be beneficial to the team due to his ability to critically think and ability to work alone when needed. An innovation project requires critical thinking and ability to have deep thought. 

Daisy/ Developer- Daisy was chosen for the team due to her qualities of being able to help others, promote quality improvement, and act as a coach to others. This will benefit the innovation project by Daisy suggesting improvements to the project as needed. 

Pablo/ Positivity- Pablo was chosen for the innovation project due to his ability to be energetic, positive, and optimistic. Pablo will bring positive energy to the group which will inspire excitement about the project.
