It pulls together key stages, components, timescales, and evidence, to produce an excel document which shows the time and what’s needed by individuals and supervisors to allow FCP’s to complete the roadmap. This document has acted as a steppingstone to produce business cases to access funding for clinical supervision, provided structure and a way for each FCP and supervisor to document the time taken to complete different parts.

Key stakeholders have found a single A4 document along side this to also be helpful that they can refer to when needed for each stage.

Stage 3 is currently being added to the spreadsheet.
