         <description><![CDATA[<p>My MT uses micro-lessons to maintain an active pace in the class - so it isn't so much building momentum as it is parceling out instruction in such a way that students aren't overwhelmed by information. Since the shop is project oriented, students usually need instruction as they reach checkpoints in order to progress in completing their projects. Providing just enough information to accomplish a task for students to "monkey see, monkey do" allows for immediate turnaround and reinforcement of technique while also catering to the different speeds at which students can complete their tasks.</p>]]></description>
