         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. A positive habit that give me high spirits and happy hormones is playing basketball. I also enjoy a lot listening to music.&nbsp;<br>2. Sometimes, in weekends, I spend a hole evening playing PlayStation and this makes me feel awful. To change this, I would do some outdoor activities or meet with my friends. This would make me feel very happy and energetic.</div>]]></description>

A positive habit which makes me feel happy and brings me happy hormones it's doing taekwondo and listening to music, because while I'm doing this I disconnect from my obligations and I spend a good time.<br>2. I think that my worst negative habit is that I spend a lot of time in my house studying and when I finish studying I really like to watch films or just listening to music on my own. But in my point of view I have to go more outside meeting friend to disconnect a little bit of my daily routine.</div>]]></description>
