I appreciate the "Agree/Disagree" questions. I'm thinking about those who will complete any kind of survey, and these questions seem to offer a quick way to gather feedback.

What are other initiatives collecting to answer the question: is anyone better off as a result?

Are there any post or evaluative methods to assess changes in practice actually occurred? Particularly around Participants develop stronger foundation of knowledge + skills & Improved child/student and family outcomes?

Within our 101 Director meeting yesterday, we started a short discussion about how we gather the anecdotal information that answers this question. For example, the Superintendent in Lacrosse: "I'm so thankful that Jason McPherson is helping us problem-solve some communication options to keep our students and staff safe."

I like the first question related to their confidence in supporting a student with suicidal ideation. I worry about the questions related to referral and school environment not being outcomes that are in the BHN's control, and may illicit feedback related to the lack of resources in rural counties, or frustrations with school culture.

I do like the short agree/disagree options as I think this is more manageable for participants. I do think 5 questions is the most we can add if we hope for full participation.

Additional areas to collect "how well did we do"

Aside from training, are there other areas where we can ask "how well did we do"- collectively. Perhaps in EOP or SEMBH planning meetings?
