And they throw rubbish into water supplies and don’t think about what will happen when they do this. What about the environment? What about all the animals and plants who need that water? Don’t they live in the city too? 
If you don’t think about what is causing all these bad things to happen, you can’t expect to solve these bad things.  So, people should be educated about the causes of problems in the environment. And they’ve got to realise that they are responsible themselves for things that happen. Once they do that, maybe people can start to solve these problems.
