The 5th amendment is another very important amendment.
No person shall be indicted of capital without a jury present to prove guilty or innocent. No person should be subject to the same offense twice. No person should witness himself. Nor be deprived of life, liberty, and property without due process. No property shall be taken away without justification. The amendment helps the convicted person of certain rights. We're granted a trial and a jury. Our property cant be taken away without proper justice. Our freedom can only be taken away with proper due process.

The Equal vote rule is one of the problems the constitution. Each state has the same voting power disregarding its population that comes from the popular vote. There should be a balance where the states with more population has a little bit more power over the smaller states.
The Electoral college, has to be one of the worst outlines to go by of. This system fails to imply the popular vote as it plays a bigger part of the election of the president. This system lets the candidates to focus on only swing and "battleground" states. To fix this, we need to throw away the electoral college and only imply the popular vote.

Each branch has its set of duties . The purpose of the Checks and balance is to rule out a branch of obtaining too much power. For instance -
The legislative branch can only propose laws(balance), but the president can veto the law (check). The judicial branch can also declare a law unconstitutional, making it another check.

The two most important amendments to me are the 1st and 5th amendment.
1st Amendment- congress shall make no law that takes away the freedom of speech, press, peaceful protest, and to petition government grievances.
The importance of the amendment is very vital to the everyday life of an American. The government authorities will have to much power over the citizen, therefore creating a tyranny government. The First Amendment prevents that and creates a safe space for the everyday citizen.
