Furthermore, I also used conventions such as doing a 6 panel digipak as during my research I found that 6 panels were more commonly used within digipaks therefore I decided to confirm to the convention so that my digipak would look more authentic and professional. To further increase the professionalism of my digipak I also included legal information at the bottom of the back cover as it this appeared on every album I looked at during my research and I also ensures that I put the label RCA logo visible on the front cover of the album to help to promote the label. In keeping with common conventions of pop genre I also made sure my digipak included images of the artist, in particular on the front cover as the majority of pop album covers include a picture of the artist to show off their star persona and also help to brand the artist more. Finally, I also included a bold font that was bright and distinctive to help to further brand therapist an make the titles and important information stand out, I also used the same font across the digipak to create continuity between the slides and make the overall digipak flow and work better. I also used conventions within my digipak poster for example I also included key information such as the date the album coming out 'Out Now' and other information about what platforms the album is available on e.g. spotify/youtube to help to show demographics where to buy/ listen to the album. In addition I also used the same image on my digipak poster that is on the front of my album cover to create synergy between the two and to help further promote the album as it allows the demographic to identity it more easily.]]> 2018-04-10 18:55:44 UTC https://padlet.com/ameliabazzone1/ohx793cnm5sn/wish/250448346 ameliabazzone1 https://padlet.com/ameliabazzone1/ohx793cnm5sn/wish/250473631 I developed certain conventions as well as using them for example I used the convention of including a picture of the artist on the front of the album cover however I also developed this as most pop genre album covers include a clue up of the artists face whereas I used more of a long shot which included more of the artist body in it and the face int the main focus.
