We need a system for identifying student needs

Collaboration and vertical alignment so we know how students are progressing or where we start teaching (ex: meet with last year's teachers to see what they've already mastered) 

Restructure extracurriculars to be determined based on proficiency and performance in classes

College level students who could peer mentor/academically challenge some.
